No hay ningún problema con su caso; esta es una nueva ley para todas las personas solicitantes de asilo.
- Debe pagar si su solicitud se presentó hace más de un año y sigue pendiente.
- No se considera “pendiente” si le informamos que se retiró en la Corte de Inmigración.
- Usted tiene 30 días para pagar la cuota a partir de la fecha indicada en la factura.

If we have helped you apply for asylum, you will receive an official Annual Asylum Fee (AAF) bill for $100 in the mail. You need to pay if your application was filed more than one year ago and it is still pending. It is not still pending if we told you it was withdrawn in Immigration Court.
